Title says it all. Double-Proficiency on specific weapons granted from subraces not activating on rolls and not showing on character sheets.
There is nothing official in the game rules that grants double proficiency/expertise on attack rolls, only ability checks made with certain skills. As such, the system is not set up to apply that modifier to attack rolls.
