I was tinkering on a wizard and attempting to min/max AC (as you do). And I noticed that if I selected the Lightly Armored feat from the drop down (at level 4, 8 etc) that if I then reopened that same drop down I was now able to select the Moderately Armored feat.
The Moderately Armored feat typically requires proficiency in Light Armor, which a wizard does not have by default. But selecting the Lightly Armored feat will temporarily apply the proficiency to the character sheet, thus allowing you to select the Moderately Armored feat.
This caused some confusion because I was seeing if I could use a shield in combination with Mage Armor, and the easiest way I could see to gain proficiency with shields was to take the Moderately Armored feat.
EDIT: *Moderately not Moderatly ... I saw it as soon as I clicked post.
