How do I get account support on weekend? I sent ticket and auto-response said outside business hours and I'd hear back in 24-72 hours.
My account subscription is down in error. It even says its paid up until tomorrow, so why is no access today? Either way, it's on auto-pay so what's going on?
Very frustrated at the moment - don't use automated lock out features without 24/7 support for when your stuff breaks.
The auto payment that tried to re-bill yesterday was declined by the processor. We typically give a day’s grace period in that situation, which just expired.
To fix this quickly, the best bet is to cancel the current sub, and then start a new one.
So no notification of a potential issue? Just confusion when what's been working no longer works. Re upped with same payment method and all works. Should have been no issue with the payment method, and there is none, just system fail with no fallback other than silent lockout.
I recommend if system attempts a transaction and it fails that the account holder be notified. But also look into the error code as there was no reason for failure on my end. Was it a system timeout, or something else? I was starting to blame DST.
