Characters not loading

Hello

This week I have not been able to see my characters.

I am on windows 10 Enterprise 10.0.19044 Build 19044 using Chrome Version 100.0.4896.75 (Official Build) (64-bit).

I can only see the black bars at the top. I found another thread saying to log out and clear by browser cache.

I did that and it loaded my characters. If i tried to open or edit them in a new tab nothing worked. Only left-clicking view or edit.

Now that is no longer working either.
