About 1/2 the time when I try to manage spells (over the last 3-5 days), I'll get the endless circle and nothing will happen when adding them within the character builder. Once this starts happening, it is 100% certainty it will happen for a long time and I just won't be able to use D&D Beyond for spells for at least a few hours, if not the entire day.
If I'm managing spells from the character sheet, the page pretty much always ends up at a page with these errors when trying to add a spell:
Whoops! We rolled a 1 on our API check. We're heading into town to visit the blacksmith for repairs.

Try again after a Short Rest.
It also turns out if you level up your character, the PDF export doesn't have the changes on it and only exports earlier levels.
Same problem here. I'm trying to clear the cookies cache.
Some spells work for me, while others don't. They are the same level, and there is no pattern between ones that work and ones that don't
