If your search terms contain an apostrophe, for example "wainright's wagons", it should return location T5 in Triboar in Storm King's Thunder. It returns no results.
Not sure what I was thinking when I first responded to this. I look like an idiot haha. Must have read apostrophe, thought quotation marks and thought you were trying to use quotations to force an exact match. Oof

Another example: Searching for "mother yalantha's" should return location 4 in Red Larch in Princes of the Apocalypse.
This seems pretty consistent across the adventures I tested, except for spells which seem to work correctly.

Has it been confirmed that apostrophes modify the search in any way?
This still appears to be an issue.

I can confirm this issue is happening as well.
This still appears to be an issue. For example, searching for Drizzt Do'Urden returns no results.
