This is a player's character sheet in my campaign right now and for some reason, they are unable to add the Feat 'War Caster' and I am unable to do it for them either.
I have checked and they don't have it added in the 'edit' portion of the character builder nor can I add it just in the character sheet under 'Manage Feats'.
Whenever I try, I get the 403 error where it says I do not have access to this character sheet. The same goes for when I try to add a cantrip for them that shows that the character can learn.

I have access to the materials that we are trying to add and of course, have shared them with the campaign that I am running.

Try turning Content Sharing off and back on again.

I'm literally such a dummy.
So the reason I couldn't do what I wanted to do was that I was content sharing with too many campaigns. Thank you for turning my mind to this issue!
It is all fixed now that I've rejigged my content sharing.
