How do I use my own homebrew species for a custom character?

I am trying to add my own custom made race but it wont show. all I need is to figure out how to get it to show. I don't want to use it for a spacific one so if you need me to make a charecter and suck to ahead and alert me so I can do so. I woul really apriciate it.

nevermind. I figured it out in the settings.

I, too, am having difficulty using my homebrew Pixie race. It does not show up in my selectable species.

1) yes, I have homebrew enabled in the home page

2) no, I did not click will have subraces (at least not that I remember...)

3) yes, the race is in my homebrew collection.

Clearly, I have messed something up somewhere, and I am unable to discover what it may be. Could somebody please help me?
