When adding a spell to a homebrew subclass option there is a field which claims to grant a feature at character level, labelled: "AVAILABLE AT CHARACTER LEVEL". However what this actually means is Class Level, as when testing it out with a multi-class character it does not show the feature option at the specified Character Level (e.g. Warlock 8/Bard 1), but does show it when the character gains that level in the Class (e.g. Warlock 9).
So in my case, I'd prefer this work as written, that the feature be made available at the player's character level rather than class level. But this should be fixed in one of two ways to avoid confusion:
Update the text to say "AVAILABLE AT CLASS LEVEL", or
Update the field to work based on character level instead of class level
Furthermore, please please please can we update this whole section to support number of uses based on half proficiency, which is really what I actually want to achieve and thought that this feature was here to solve. This could just be done by allowing 0.5 in the "Number of uses" field and then having a checkbox for round up or round down.
