Bug - channel divinity multiclass paladin cleric too many uses.

 Channel divinity in multiclass characters states that you don't acquire extra uses of CD, but my cleric 6 paladin 5 is showing availability of using it 3 times (2 cleric and 1 paladin). There should only be two uses between rests.

I’m having a similar issue and have related questions:

What is Channel Divinity (Special), and why does it have its own slot?

As a cleric 5/ Paladin 4 multiclassed character, by the book I believe I have one slot of Channel Divinity.

However, for Destructive Wrath and Divine Smite I’m given an extra slot in dndbeyond, marked ‘special’

When this ‘special’ slot is checked off, my normal Channel Divinity remains unchecked.

No internet searches came up for the term ‘Channel Divinity Special’

Do I indeed have extra uses of CD, or is this a bug?

RAW would seem to indicate that it’s a bug.
