I went to create an Eloquence bard but it was not acvailable as an option. On changeing the content settings I could get MOoT - College of Eloquence.
Is the MOoT version different ot Tasha's?
Why do I need to allow Magic the gathering content to select this subclass, it it considered to be something that doesn't exist in Forgotton Realms (I am planning on an adventurer's league character and am now wondering if it in AL legal though I can repost this bit there if need be)
Because it was originally published in a MtG book, DND Beyond classifies it as MtG-related, putting it behind the toggle. The only thing this is not true for is the artificer class, since it got some rewriting when it was republished in Tasha's. None of the other MtG things that were republished in other books were rewritten enough to get reclassed by DND Beyond. It's a limitation of DDB's back end system, nothing more.
I own Tasha's but do not own MOoT.
