I recently bought the lineages from Van Richten's and applied Hexblood to my character, but it is doubling the Disguise Self spell and not including the Hex spell.
Is there something that can be done to fix this?

You see two of Disguise Self because one is the once-daily free casting, the other is castable with spell slots.
As for the missing Hex, I'm guessing you don't have access to the Player's Handbook on DDB, since Disguise Self is in the free Basic Rules while Hex is not. You can purchase just the spell individually from the Players Handbook marketplace page: https://www.dndbeyond.com/marketplace/sourcebooks/players-handbook
