I noticed earlier today that my digital dice weren't turned on. I went to turn it on in my character sheet and it immediately, in real time, turned itself back off. I tried doing it on a separate account, still turned itself off. I tried doing it in Incognito mode on Chrome; It STILL turned itself off. I tried turning off my extensions such as Beyond20, and it still turned itself off.
It works just fine on mobile; This appears to be some issue with the browser?
They don't care. They already have your money. Once they have your money, they have no motivation to provide a functioning product because doing so does not get them any more money on that product. This has been a recurring issue lately.
All we can do is refrain from making future purchases or subscriptions, and hope they get the message. I'm personally kinda doubtful they will, but who knows?

This appears to be an intermittent problem; The dice seemed to turn back on earlier, but after a few hours it started turning off automatically again.
I am having the same exact problem and am following to see any potential resolution
Ok. Apparently this is still going on. I'll be following this as well.
Yep, just stumbled into this one myself, fortunately I have other means to roll. Bah!
Do Things By The Book... But Be The Author!
I'm having this issue right now. No idea how to resolve it. D&D Beyond sucks so bad.
Ive had this issue with a character for more than 6 months now! Fix this please! (Especially because I have paid for digital dice skins)

Same problem, making subscribing pointless.
Turn on hardware acceleration on in your browser's settings
Holy shit, thank you so much-- I tried that and it worked. I've been having this problem for months
