I'm trying to add a gun from a cyberpunk campaign into my custom actions. The way it works is that you add your proficiency and your stat to the attack roll, in this case strength, but you don't add your stat to your damage roll. As far as I can tell, you can't do this because for some reason, they decided to not add damage bonus to the custom action to just set the negative. Is there some other way I'm missing or is it genuinely flawed?
