I bought some custom art from an artist who uses a Disney style given my custom race was actually inspired by the Disney Ducks universe. When I put in the race for moderation, it was rejected because of the art on copyright grounds.
I can't say I'm happy about that, but I'm not gonna argue the point. Though admittedly both me and the artist had a good laugh that they did their work too well.
I'm trying to remove the picture entirely but there doesn't seem to be a way to do that without replacing it with a different picture. Am I missing something?
The author of the homebrew can declare to a moderator that they have the copyright of the image, with a link to the homebrew itself, and it will be considered in the approval.
Will do though I have a quick question. I hired the same artist to draw a picture for the variant which I was also going to put through moderation. I assume I'll have to repeat the process. Is that right?

I'm not sure I understand the process. How would I get in touch with a moderator to do that?
Send a PM to me and Sorce, with the link to your homebrew and saying that you have the right to use the image.

Yes, if you let us know before submission, it will be better.
Sounds fair. Thank you so much! :)
