Under Locations of the North > Calling Horns > Suggested Encounter it says: "she offers to give the adventurers a letter of recommendation (see the “Marks of Prestige” section in chapter 7 of the Dungeon Master’s Guide) if they find the root cause." The link opens up to https://www.dndbeyond.com/compendium/rules/dmg/treasure which doesn't have the Marks of Prestige which are under https://www.dndbeyond.com/compendium/rules/dmg/other-rewards
Same thing for Citadel Adbar and Everlund in the same chapter.
