My land druid chose the Swamp option. One of the circle spells for that is Melf's Acid Arrow, but now Acid Arrow and Melf's Acid Arrow are both shown as being always prepared. Aren't they the same spell? Or have I just made a mistake somewhere in the character creation? I tried doing a search for this issue, but didn't see anything pertaining. Hopefully, it's not a case of my missing something in the search that was horribly obvious.
I know this thread is old but I want to clarify, is having the Melf's Acid Arrow and Acid Arrow duplicate on my druid of the land character sheet intentional? They have the exact same text except for the name and I can't remove either one from my character sheet. Am I doomed to see them both forever?
Thanks!

Thanks for any help and sorry for any bother!
No, you did not do any mistake.
It is just because Acid Arrow is the SRD version of Melf's Acid Arrow, and they are stored in the system as separated spells.
Ahhh, okies. Thanks! Wanted to make sure that having both in there, that they weren't counting against my spells known or something.
Have a great day!
