For chapter 9, one of the maps shows that room 31 has a staircase up to room 33 when it should be up to room 32. Room 32 shows a staircase up to 32 which should be up to 33.
The text of the adventure for these rooms is accurate, though.
The maps are not made by DDB, there is nothing the staff can do unless an official Erratum on this is released.
