Can't access any of my characters

Hey,

neither I nor other players in my campaign are able to access any of their characters.

What could be the reason? we are all in different locations and are all using different browsers. 

There is also no access from my phone or Ipad.

When I try to access the campaign that I am the DM of, I also get a "403 Forbidden".

I can however read all of the material that I purchased.

I'm having this problem now.  Is there a server issue?  I haven't pulled them up recently, so maybe it's a bug?
