In Chapter 3 under Noanar's Hold it says "Necromancers in the demon lord’s service helped the Hunt Lords turn the inanimate bones of their long-dead horses into five animated warhorse skeletons." It links to Skeleton and not Warhorse Skeleton.
Also under Xantharl’s Keep it says "Guards on the rooftop of the keep spot a frost giant approaching from the west with a small army of fifty goblins and ten hobgoblins, plus five ogres equipped with goblin huckers (see the “Goblin Huckers” section in chapter 2)." It links to Goblins instead of Hobgoblins

Found another one in Chapter 3 under Dig Site it says "The goblins have spent the past several days digging the crater and are suffering from five levels of exhaustion (see appendix A in the Player’s Handbook)." and the appendix A links to https://www.dndbeyond.com/compendium/adventures/skt/linked-adventures instead of https://www.dndbeyond.com/compendium/rules/phb/appendix-a-conditions#Exhaustion
