So, I'm adding a few Paladin Oaths from a redditor (who is now on a Religious Mission until 2020 and thus can't do this himself) and I'm being blocked from publishing the content due to some of the spells being from Licensced/Paid books, such as Xanathar's.
I get this restriction, and as sad as it is that I can't share it publicly, I'm content to keep it in my own collection anyway. That being said, I have a friend who has all the content as well, but linking him to my Subclass directly just gives him the generic 404.
Is there anyway I can share this with friends who are not in my campaigns so that they may add them to their collections? If they have to be in a content sharing campaign with me, would they still have an option to add it to their own collection at least? In that way they could join a campaign, I could link them, they would add it, and then they could leave, keeping it in their collection. It seems a rather tedious process that could possibly be solved by allowing homebrew content to have these links, but restrict viewing them (or perhaps just strip the link itself) unless the viewer owned the content.

They would be able to see it if they join your campaign. However, once they leave, they will lose access to it. That is a fundamental part of the system, necessary to prevent excessive sharing of licensed content.
That's kind of what I figured, but I thought it would be worth the ask. :)
Sucks to need to limit homebrew subclasses to SRD spells or have them recreate it from scratch in their own collection, but I can easily see situations in which it could be abused.

I'm actually wondering something adjacent to this, will we ever be able to publish the non-free spells?
I am the Inquisitor Imperitus. I am judge, jury, and executioner. Draw your last breath now, as I send you to the Nine Hells.

Thanks for taking the time to respond! <3
