Hi I use the ipad DnD beyond app I am also unable to load it on my android smartphone app I would like to know how I am able to load my characters it shows up on the website just not on the apps
Same problem. Specifically I cannot load any character that is enrolled in a campaign and claimed by a user. Characters that are not claimed or not enrolled in a campaign are accessible, but if they are both enrolled in a campaign and claimed by me or any other user they are inaccessible through the mobile app. Everyone at my table this evening had this problem and confirmed that their characters that were enrolled in other campaigns were also inaccessible. Several of us tried logging out or uninstalling/reinstalling the app, but that did not change the behavior.
