When I've tried to create an encounter for one of my campaigns, I get an error stating the following:
"Error Saving Encounter. We have automatically logged this error giving us a +2 to our investigation check to help prevent any future errors. In the meantime, you could refresh the page and try building your encounter again. We're sorry for the inconvenience."
The thing is this only happens to one of the multiple campaigns I am running. When I go to build an encounter for one of my other campaigns, it works like normal or if I use the stock "create an encounter for 4 level 1 characters" it works just fine.
I have been using this campaign for over a year now and I haven't had this issue until last night when I tried to build an encounter during my session. It was very frustrating, and I want to know if this is an error on DnDBeyond or if there is something that I need to do on my end.
I have tried to create the encounter using different browsers (Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge), I have tried refreshing the page, and I am still getting the error, so I'd like to know if this is a known bug or error or do I need to delete the campaign and create a new one.
I never got help, but I did figure out a workaround. It's definitely a bummer, but I basically had to delete the old campaign and build a new one and have the players rejoin the new one.
I finally figured out what it was. My kid had started making a character, but it was at level 0. Apparently the encounter builder doesn't like it if there's a level 0 character anywhere in the campaign. Even if it wasn't assigned or active. Removed that character and everything worked fine.

I'm having this issue right now. Did you ever get help for this?

It has worked perfectly fine ever since!
