I had a subscription, I guess that expired or something and now they wont let me subscribe. I put a ticket in 5 days ago? Any ideas as to why this could happen?
Did you get a new bank card? Did it expire? Are there enough funds, or is there a spending limit? Off the top of my head, those are the only things I can think of so far.
Not sure what happened but I went on app and was able to get signed up again.. Weird. I found another post on here from a while back and they suggested trying the app. It worked, so all good now, Tks for your comment.
Ive had this same issue for so long, i've emailed about it and keep re trying it once and awhile. No matter what I do, when i buy the subscription it never goes through. I pay, it sends an email that im subscribed but then never sends a receipt, it never takes the money out of my account, and then it acts as if I never tried to subscribe in the first place
If a subscription payment fails, it will wait an hour and try again. If the retry also fails, it automatically cancels the subscription. That sounds like what’s happening for yours.
Why your payment would be failing, though, I have no idea. 😅
