My son wants me to set up a DND campaign and he pointed me to this site as a tool to manage the campaign. I purchased the Dungeons Master Guide, Players Handbook, and Monsters Manual; as well as started Master Subscription. We are running into some issues with characters (IOS, Android, and on windows computer). Took a screenshot, but do not see file upload available on your support page.
Here's the error: Oops! we rolled a 1 on our api check!
If caused on our end how do we fix it?
If on your end how often will this occur when using your application?
I had no issues when testing the site out for the last couple of days. Starting to wonder if your system resources just cannot handle weekend traffic.
