I purchased all the content and it works well on my PC but I am unable to access it on my mobile device even though its accessing the same twitch a count. Please advise and or resolve the issue
In the app go to "My Account" and then "My Content". Does anything show up there other than the basic rules? Additionally, by "all the content" did you buy the legendary bundle? Just all the compendiums? Was it the full book purchase, both compendium and listing/builder material?
Hmmmm. Yeah everything should be showing up then if you bought the legendary bundle. I would suggest contacting support just to see if anything is looking weird on your account. Not sure what is keeping it from loading.
The long shot suggestion (which I think will probably not do anything but hey who knows), head to https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/mobile-devices and delete everything on that page. Then force quit the app and log back into it.
I have a similar problem, only the content is not showing up at all, either on the site or the app (only bought the player's handbook so far). I already sent a request to support but still haven't heard from them.
I had the same issue, and seemed like it was from logging into my old phone first on D&D Beyond, just go to the mobile devices tab, and make sure your mobile device is the only available one (delete all the other ones). Then close, and reopen your app, and it should be available to you
