Doesn't seem to add the +1 to ac. Thoughts? Suggestions?

Edit. Answered. And changed my dex score.

You have scale mail, which is 14+DEX, and a shield, which is +2. Your DEX is is -1. So the normal calculation would be 14-1+2 = 15, so your 16 seems accurate.
