Anyone else unable to play tabletop games because your Keys to The Golden Vault never arrived, and sending multiple receipts to all the addresses you can didn't work out. I m still waiting for' The backlog of whatever ' to clear and can't mess around deleting characters, scared to go on the site now in case I do something to slow the books arrival to my account. Well done guys for sending me into deep depression daily as nothing happens as I check daily.

you... won't ever receive a physical copy. DDB is digital only, there's even a big red notice at checkout that you will not receive anything physical.
Trying to get your physical content on Beyond is like going to Microsoft and saying "I have a physical Playstation disk, give me a digital Xbox version!"
It depends on whether they got the bundle from WotC or not as to whether they'll get a physical copy or not. From what other posters have said, WotC haven't done a great job with getting preorders out in a timely fashion. They're not doing fantastic on the customer service side of things either.
If you're not willing or able to to discuss in good faith, then don't be surprised if I don't respond, there are better things in life for me to do than humour you. This signature is that response.
No I haven't got it , the link just sends me to the market place to buy what I've already bought. Off to check my account again as I've been doing for a long time since release. Why mention it's not physical, what matters is I've been robbed of my games ,the book and my patience and given depression / frustration instead.
If you ordered a physical/digital bundle from dndstore.wizards.com, you will need to use a different support portal than if you ordered it digital only via D&D Beyond.
Please note; you should not enter multiple support tickets. The ticket queue system automatically groups tickets from the same account and sorts tickets in the queue by newest ticket. This means every time you submit an additional ticket, you will be pushed down the queue.
