I go to high school and they use Macs there. I use a couple of different accounts for different things. I logged in with this account (created today) and I looked around for a few minutes then logged out. When I clicked "Sign In" it re-signed me into this account. I've tried to use other tabs, but it will just log me back into this account. Please help!

You need to head to twitch.tv and sign out there. Then sign out on DnDBeyond.
