Players cant join my campaign.

My players can not join the campaign I've made. I have given them the link, reset and given the link again. It asks them to sign in and then just freezes. I've never had this issue before, does anyone have a fix for it?

Are you sharing through Facebook? I have found that the links don't function when clicked through on Facebook.

I had to text or use Messenger to get them useable links.
