I’m not able to get the new books in the app (iOS). I’ve logged out, restored content etc. Nothing seems to work.

Hi there, both are on their way for the app and should be there very soon, as per Hartless's post in this thread: https://www.dndbeyond.com/forums/d-d-beyond-general/bugs-support/mobile-beta-testing-bugs-support/17339-tomb-of-foes#c2

There's nothing wrong on your end, app access just has a little delay.
