I sent an email to customer service over the weekend but hadn't gotten a reply yet, not sure if I'm contacting the right place. I bout a Heroic subscription about a week or two ago and just determined that I would need a DM subscription. I'm trying to upgrade to a DM subscription by paying the difference from Heroic Tier. Could someone help? Should I just wait for tech support? We have our first game tomorrow. :(
EDIT: Situation resolved in time for game, thank you!
Although the support staff might in some way be able to facilitate this, I doubt it. The subscription system is quite frustrating because it won't prorate current subscription value with a new subscription purchase. This means that if you want to buy a different subscription, whether it be a 6 month, 12 month or upgrading to a master tier, you have first cancel your current subscription and then either wait for it to expire, or purchase the new subscription and lose the remainder of time/value of your prior subscription.
It has annoyed me no end because I keep having money spare to get a yearly master sub but before my current 1 month sub runs out, I find something else to spend it on, which in turn means getting another 1 month sub.

From that comment I think dropbear8mybaby is correct. From the comments
"We don't have a upgrade system in place currently so you would be charged the full price if you try to upgrade." No discount or credit will go into your subscription change.
"You can contact me on our email form when you want to upgrade and we can work something out so that you aren't charged twice." Email so that we can make sure your hero tier is cancelled so that it doesn't get charged while you start a new subscription.
Either way you are not getting any type of refund, nor a credit. You either cancel your hero subscription and sign up for master when it expires, or you email support so that your hero tier can be cancelled right now and you can sign up for master today. The only thing they are going to work out is making sure the subscriptions wont overlap and you are charged for both at the same time.

Well I looked it up in the support QA and they said that they could do something about it if you emailed them.

I'm looking at this:

See the comments at the bottom. This was just 3 months ago so I wouldn't figure they changed the policy?
