Im having a different issue, but maybe im just too thick to propperly understand how this works. I wanted to start the premade campaign just to get a feeling for the system, because I want to see if dnd beyond is a platform i would master on. but I only get the starting text, and the overview over the campaign. there is no way to "start" the campaing, and when i try to load the campaing in the "maps" tool it doenst show any maps/presets or whatsoever. is that how this works? or am i not doing it right?

Mine now says "Failed to Fetch" Gives me hope they are working on it. Fingers crossed
I just tried again. This time the error read "failed to fetch". Previous errors read something like "did not save".

ModeratorCreate From Premade Campaign has only three options, none of which need to be purchased:
For all other campaigns, including ones for other prewritten adventures, you'll want to use the default Create Campaign option instead.
