Known bug, or am I the only one?

I get the following errorcode;

Whoops! We rolled a 1 on our API check. We're heading into town to visit the blacksmith for repairs.

Try again after a Short Rest.

and it applies both when I try from the charbuilder "whats new" pane... and if I go into "manage" and try "create pdf".

Any clues?
