I'm pretty new to D&D and even newer to D&D beyond. I wanted to build a character I plan on using soon and noticed there are races, subclasses and spells that aren't useable or even an option (like subclasses). I wanted to understands if I can get access to all the subclass and other things with subscribing? or is it needed to buy each book for the subclasses and features it adds on it's own?
you can buy subclasses and features either piecemeal (only buy what you need, the money spend this way is deducted from the cost of the book) or buy the books they come from.

subscribing does not give acces to content.
