Avrae not getting 1 player rolls from GL

As the title suggests, one of my five players is not getting his roles sent from the game log in the campaign to discord. He can use commands and it recognizes his characters within discord so the character is connected and is imported. Everyone else's roles are working fine so the campaign is connected. I can go on to his character sheet and roll and the dice roll show up. It's just when he does it. Help.

Updates: His DDB and Discord is connected: disconnected and reconnected even. No rolls will not go to discord. This has been so frustrating.

I am also experiencing this issue. Player is logged in to their DDB account. DDB campaign & Discord server are linked. They're not able to do this from a browser or DDB mobile app. All other players and I (DM) can roll from any character sheet in the campaign and it flows to Avrae without a problem. Same player plays with me in other games and has no problem with this. I can roll from his character sheet (logged in as myself) and it flows perfectly.

Help would be greatly appreciated!
