Hi whenever I try to open a map or even change from one map to another it just shows a grey screen. This is occurring on multiple computers with the same account and I have tried deleting the map and re-adding it. I am not on a vpn, my connection is fine and I am pretty sure this is not a clientside issue. pls help.

Did you ever find out why this was happening? Having the same problem currently 

I am currently also experiencing this.  I have tried on Chrome and Firefox, emptied cache and hard reload, disable any and all extensions (even those that have nothing to do with this site).  This is quite frustrating. Did anyone ever receive an answer?
