I am a subscriber and need my account for running games obviously.
For a week now I am not able to access my campaigns or my own characters.
I get an error message when clicking on characters in my campaigns. When I click on my own characters I see a page where I am logged out of the site. Just the home view of DnD Beyond. My players are all able to access their characters without a problem.
I used the support form to get in touch with the support 4 days ago. No reply yet.
I am sure they will get back to me. But not being able to use the service for that long is very annoying to say the least. I am not able to properly run my games right now.
I use Twitch for logging in. I obviously tried many things already. Logging in and out. Using another browser. Logging in and out of my twitch account. Deleting cookies etc.
Can someone help me? Does someone know how to fix this? Had someone had a similar problem?
