I have already submitted a ticket (#3825793) but that was on Saturday, March 30, 2024. I have yet to receive a response from anyone on the support staff.
For over 2 weeks I have not had proper Master Tier Subscription access on my account. When I click my subscription, it says I'm subscribed with my monthly sub. The money for the subscription also left my bank account. However, once I start going into my characters and campaign lists, D&D Beyond starts acting like I have a free account. (I am unable to share all of my purchased content with my campaigns I DM, I can only have 6 characters, etc etc.) My mobile app also keeps telling me that I'm using a free account. When I go to change my subscription, it offers me a free trial. Clicking that it will then tell me I'm subscribed, but it has also signed me out at the same time.
When checking my account to see if my entitlements are synced, it says things are synced and should be working fine (clearly that is not the case).
This has been increasingly frustrating for me and my players. I have basically been subbed for half a month without my subscription perks.
Am I the only one facing this issue?
UPDATE: Either support started working on my issue or I was able to trigger something that fixed it. I’m not sure. I went to Marketplace>Order History and then to my Campaign and was able to reactivate my shared content that way.
I've been having the same issue. For my players to be able to utilize the purchased content in the character creator I had to make an unclaimed character and have them claim it. They still aren't able to utilize the resources to look up information though
