Whenever I try to access my cart to complete a purchase I get this 500 Internal Server Error. If I log out after getting to this page, an Empty cart comes up. I tried support and that was infuriating (especially the part where they give a canned response that has nothing to do with the actual question asked). I think I'm getting it because a book I wanted to purchase isn't available anymore (I say this because 4 things are in my cart but when I look through the marketplace I only see 3 of the 4 items, including when I enable the display of already owned items). I think all that needs to happen to fix my issue is to purge my cart to allow me to start over. Is that even possible for customer support to do? I couldn't find a physical phone number to call and ask a human being for help unfortunately. Worst part is this happened initially weeks ago and now I don't remember what was in my cart
