In D&D 5e, cantrips are generally considered a part of a character’s spell repertoire and are not easily removed from a character’s spell list. The Mage Hand cantrip might be seen as an innate ability rather than a learned spell. If a character is considered to have not “learned” this cantrip and still wants to remove it, this is usually at the discretion of the DM.As a player, if you want to remove the Mage Hand cantrip from your character’s spell list, you should talk to your DM and explain the situation. The DM may allow the removal of this cantrip or may consider if there is a special circumstance related to your character’s story or class. For instance, if Mage Hand is among the starting cantrips for a certain class or race, removing this cantrip could be against the game’s rules. If the DM allows the removal of the Mage Hand cantrip, you may choose another cantrip in its place or alter your character’s spell repertoire in other ways. However, such changes are usually made when a character levels up or during a special narrative event.
In conclusion, the best course of action to remove the Mage Hand cantrip is to communicate with your DM and get their approval to make changes to your character’s spell list.Cantrips are automatically learned as you level up, and in some cases, especially for wizards, you can swap one known cantrip for another after a long rest by consulting your spellbook. Talk to DM. Because the change of cantrips may depend on his setup.
Looking at the image, all your other cantrips are from being a sorcerer, but mage hand just says "cantrip". That means you're getting it from somewhere other than your class, and presumably don't have the option to change it.
In my experience, all the non-class ways to get spells cause the list to say where it's from ("Infernal legacy", "strixhaven initiate", "wand of lightning bolts", etc.), but I haven't done an exhaustive search. I suspect it's from something homebrew. If you need more help, you're likely going to need to make your character publicly viewable, so people can poke around on your sheet and figure out where it's coming from.
