Hi there everyone, first time posting to this forum but im running up against a wall here and was hoping someone could provide some help.
Recently purchased a pre-order for Vecna Eve of Ruin (Digital and Physical Bundle) When i went to redeem the digital key, the page froze up on me, upon refreshing the page it said the key had already been redeemed.
I have gotten the pre order bonuses (Frames, Dice and the One Shot adventure) and the licenses are on my account. However nothing appears in my order history. If i view my order history its simply blank and now im stressed cause the early access is in a few days and I dont know if I actually have the content or not.
Does the fact that I have gotten the pre order bonuses mean I have successfully redeemed the key ? If so is there a known bug that is preventing the content from appearing in my order history.
Equally concerning is the fact that if the order history is blank, I have no way of checking the status of my physical order. First time buying content online, so please excuse me if these are already known issues, just looking for some help as so far customer support has just responded to me with what looks like copy and paste answers to general queries.

Thanks for the help, unfortunately I checked there as well and nothing, the only thing I have to verify the purchase that confirmation email, which does have an order number so there is that
Just a little unsettling not having it there in the order history anywhere
I'm having the same issue. Sent an e-mail to tech support, will let you know what they say.
Update:
So I figured out how this works. You have to go to the Wizards of the Coast store (dndstore.wizards.com), check your order status, and click on "manage" to get the unlock code.
Once you have the code, go back to D&D Beyond. Mouse over your account name, and then select "Redeem a Key." Should be the third option on the menu. Paste the code from the Wizards store into the prompt, and voila!
For the moderators who read this: if we're buying a product through your store this should really be seamless. Especially for us poor, hapless DMs who have enough on our plates without having to figure out how to get WoTC's two storefronts to talk to each other.
