I started by not being able to see a large portion of the backdrops as thumbnails. I turned on all of the extra content in the Home section of the character builder and then could see almost all of them. On the other hand I can get maybe one in ten to actually load onto the character sheet. I even have some that I could previously use that are no longer appearing on the character sheet. What do I need to do?
