I was never able to get payment to go through the Marketplace (Canada, QC).
I can confirm that my province selection was repeatedly reset, as others have stated. Unfortunately, re-entering it did not help.
Support was of little help, sending nothing but boilerplate responses that ignored the information I had already provided rather than actually looking into the issue. They also attempted to shift the blame onto my bank despite the fact that I could see the payments posting and being refunded with every attempt.
Ultimately, thanks to a previous comment I realized I could pay through the DND Beyond app. Amazingly, this worked the first try.
Despite the unhelpful nature of Support, I would urge that everyone encountering these issues detail them via Support tickets so that there's at least some form of formal tracking. Maybe someone will care enough to finally take a look at the issue that appears to be ongoing for years based on the post history I've seen.
Been having the exact same issue; only, I CAN'T use teh mobile app due to poor vision. So... up the river Styx without a paddle I suppose.
