I had a player recently acquire a sword of vengeance in my campaign so I bought the access to it from the marketplace. When trying to give it to the player though it doesnt show up in my list of items. It also doesnt show up in my homebrew options but if I search it in the magic items tab it shows I own it. Ive tried clearing the cache and contacting support but that was 4 days ago and I havent heard back from anyone. Any help would be greatly appreciated 

Do you or does any of your players have the Master Tier subscription to share the purchased content?

I do , and content sharing is enabled. I cant give it to any of my characters either 

Then, I would check if that character is proficient with the sword of vengeance. If not, you must untoggle "Proficient" from the Add Items section.

Ive tried that with no success. 

Ok try this:

if you are searching for sword of vengeance no item will show up, because you have to search for the "child" item, such as greatsword of vengeance or scimitar of vengeance.

If even that is not the problem, post here the link address of that character sheet.

I may have found the problem. I just bought the sword of vengeance alone and none of the child items which seems kinda crazy that they are separate items. So I can know what a sword of vengeance does but I cant give any of my characters one because I dont have access to the child items?

Well, at this point I'd wait for the support ticket, they are the only one that can fix this.
