Using my debit card to purchase a digital item, and it keeps saying there's a problem with my transaction. I've tried several times now, and I have verified my card is good. If I go to my online banking, it shows a pending transaction for every attempt I have made. I have tried going to support, and it sends me to wizards.com and forces me to create an account. However, when I try and create an account, it forces me to do some parent check thing. The parent check thing won't let me get past the child info because I have no child!
Something is seriously screwed up, and I better not get charged for all the failed attempts to purchase this item. I am very disappointed.
Someone please help!

When you leave your doorstep and begin to wander the world without direction, or a sense of purpose, there's no knowing where the road may take you. All you know is you must keep putting one foot in front of another until you one day run out of road.
Just searching threads because I have a similar problem, wherein I made a purchase that is pending on my bank statement but the digital content is not available (still in my cart, in fact), and I did not receive a confirmation email. Super bummed about it.
It might be helpful for those more knowledgable than me to include what kind of transaction error is occurring, and if you have synced your entitlements since that seems to be a pretty common answer (although unfortunately this did not help me).
I opened a ticket with my Wizards account, as you've said. However, in order to bypass ConsentCheq, make sure you enter your birthdate properly. I had the same issue since I forgot to switch the default "2024" to my actual year of birth, which prompted the ConsentCheq to load in until I went back and fixed it.
Hopefully that solves your problem for creating a Wizards account. As far as the purchases though, let's both keep our fingers crossed it will get sorted out. I'll be sure to update if I hear anything back that might help you solve your problem, too.
Thanks for the response. I will try to sync my entitlements. I did manage to get a line out to support, still waiting for them to respond. It seems they have a greater than average amount of open support tickets at the moment, and I must be patient.

Problem resolved. In case anyone else has this problem, the address in the form has to be exactly what the bank has as the address or it won't work. Like if you put apt such n such, but the bank has unit such n such, then it breaks. Just an FYI. Thank you to the person who responded. Appreciate the helpfulness.

I'm having similar issues. I made many attempts to purchase to the point that my bank called me about possible fraudulent purchases. I hope they fix this soon.

Yeah. That's not it. I have autofill for putting in billing info and still dealing with error. Even after double-checking, I still get the error.
Oh, so sorry you're still having this problem. I hope you are able to resolve it.

I can see it get charged in my bank account and then it gets reversed. It did this like 5 times.

Does anyone know if Marketplace is working again?

Thank you. I do too.

Wonderfully useful feedback "some input is invalid" with no indication what is invalid. Trying to give them money but *shrug*
getting same exact issue for past hour ...
