I already bought the 3 core rulebooks (Player's handbook, Monster's handbook & DM's handbook) and now I want this 3 manuals on dnd beyond, but I have to rebuy them.

I have to rebuy them or I can upload them on dnd beyond?

Unfortunately, you just missed a big sale on them.

Also, since you already have the books in print, you can get most of the benefits of having them online with just the PHB. (Lots of the monsters and magic items are in the free basic rules, and you can use the homebrew tools to make the rest of the ones you need.)
