Making this as a separate thread to the other big issue of EU and UK people being overcharged for the pre-order bundle, because this is getting overlooked.
The bundle on DDB offers the customer a reward of a DIGITAL Art book, a DIGITAL golden dragon mini and some golden dice - but (I'm told) ONLY to people living in the US?! Why are we not getting the DIGITAL item rewards that require no postage or shipping here in the UK (or EU)? This has just been one big slap in the face to loyal customers outside of the US and is part of the reason why people feel like giving up trying to support companies that do this.
It's incredibly bad business practice to offer special rewards to one subset of consumers based on their nationality / race. (Not to mention, I'm sure it probably isn't legal either) And it's not as if they can claim it isn't "cost effective" because it is digital data and doesn't require shipping or customs.
I know this is a rant, and I'm sorry for that, but I really am very upset by this as it does not come across well at all.

EU/UK customers are not being overcharged. The listings on the D&D Beyond markeplace do not include any sales tax in listings because that varies based on state and thus is calculated in cart once you've entered your address. EU/UK stores however include sales tax and currency conversion adjustments in the listings. For example, $60 in £ with VAT applied is between £55 and £60 depending on exchange rates.
The moderator did not answer to the specific question the OP is raising
OP is addressing the digital rewards topic in a new thread because it is being mixed with the 3 book bundling / pricing topic and we still have no clear communication from the company. The answer from the mods demonstrate they have not read beyond the first sentence, which I might understand due to how many messages you have to address. I am saying this with absolute no offence intended.
I am holding from buying the rulebooks because there is nowhere saying if we (EUK) get the digital rewards. I don't even know how many people are in the same situation and how many sales you are losing from the initial marketing momentum to a 0 cost measure because you are not being clear on this topic and mod team is not addressing this in any post. We are doing you a favour by raising this topic, address it so your customers can make a decision. Thanks in advance.
Thank you - yes I think the point of my post may have indeed been missed in the reply. Though, as you say, I agree that they are possibly swamped by these issues being repeatedly raised currently.
Since I pre-ordered all three books (both physical and D&D Beyond) on the first day of pre-orders, I am disappointed to see that digital rewards are only available to US customers who purchased the all-in-one bundle. I pre-ordered the books separately because the EU did not have the option of a single large bundle...
Is there anyone from support on the forum who could inform me if this will change for those who purchase the EU bundles?
I emailed them a few months ago and got this response

Note that there is no difference in terms of pricing or bonuses (once relevant taxes and exchange rates have been applied) between the 2024 Physical Core Rulebook Bundle on D&D Beyond and purchasing all three digital + physical bundles through dndstore.wizards.com. The difference in price once you convert from $ to your local currency when comparing the two is that D&D Beyond does not include tax in listings due to it varying based on state. Outside the US this is not the case and tax is included in listed price.
