I'm not good at English, so I'm using a translator. Hello. I am a beginner D&D player living in South Korea. The digital version of the 2024 Core Rulebook was being pre-ordered, so when I tried to pay, I ran into a problem where payment couldn't be made. I asked around and they said that payment would not be possible if the shipping address was not in the United States. First of all, I borrowed the address of a relative who lives in the United States and made the payment, but I hope you can solve this problem so that other Korean D&D players like me don't have the same problem.
Hello there, I am having kinda the same issue. I'm trying like crazy to pre-order the 2024 Player's Handbook in it's digital version. I tried several times in PC, via smartphone, changing Internet navigators (from Edge to Chrome and all in between), and every time I try to place the order, the page tells me that there's a problem with the payment information.
I verified and there's nothing wrong with my credit card, and I'm starting to suspect that, like my South Korean friend here, there may be issues when the shipping address isn't in the United States, even when the product is digital-only.
We both will be very thankful if someone could fix this for us D&D players outside of the US.
Make sure you are only ordering the digitall version and not the digitall+physicall bundle. the digitall one should be able to be ordered from anywhere the digitall+physicall bundle is only in the US, if you wan that outside of the US you need to order through the wizzards of the coast shop

Of course I checked that and placed my order. The problem is that even if you only order the digital version, you must write down the shipping address, but if this address is outside the United States, the order cannot be placed even if it is the digital version. I didn't have this problem until May, but I don't know why it's happening.
It's been about a month since I wrote this thread, and it seems like there are still people experiencing the same problem.
If I were to describe exactly the problem I am currently experiencing,
1. If the delivery address and phone number are outside the US, payment will not be made on PC or mobile web with the following error message.
[Unfortunately, your order was carried off by goblins before it could get to us. You will not be charged for this one. Please wait a bit and try again.]
This was not a problem in May, right after the marketplace was renewed.
1-1. After checking by paying for other source books directly, there is no problem when paying through D&D beyond App.
2. Issue where order history after May is not displayed.
I succeeded in paying for the 2024 Core Rule Book set by borrowing the address and phone number from a relative who lives in the US, but it is not displayed in the order history. When I put it in my shopping cart again to see if payment has not been made, a message pops up saying it is already in stock.
2-1. The source book paid for in 1-1 is also not displayed in the web page order history.
3. About two weeks after I wrote this thread, I received an email from WotC and I sent them all the problems I was having along with screenshots. And after the marketplace maintenance on July 26th, I tried to make a payment to check, but it still didn't work.
(0806 Edit: I checked the email I received from WotC again and saw that my order had been canceled. I read it wrong because my English is not good. Sorry for confusing you)
Of course, I tried to buy them all in digital versions. I hope this issue is resolved soon for the sake of all D&D players living other countries.

As a player from Poland, I’d love it if websites supported not only American cards but also European payment methods, making transactions more accessible to a wider audience. This approach is especially beneficial in the iGaming industry, where players expect secure and fast payment options. Offering a variety of methods improves the overall user experience and ensures smoother financial transactions. Many Polish online casinos now support Blik, making it easier for players to manage deposits and withdrawals. When discussing online payment systems and mifinity blik, https://uczciwekasyno.com/mifinity-blik/ is a great resource, detailing the advantages of using it in Polish online casinos. As the demand for seamless and secure payment methods grows, mifinity blik continues to gain popularity, providing a reliable solution for Polish players. Have you had any experience using BLIK or other e-wallets for online payments?

Since you've already ruled out issues with your credit card and tried different browsers, it does seem likely that the issue is related to your location. Unfortunately, it seems that the issue with regional restrictions hasn't been resolved yet. I also live outside the US and have tried different payment methods, but I still couldn't place the order. I hope the developers take notice of this situation and provide a solution for international players.

Yep having issues with the digital purchase the site is broken or something? HELP.
I had the same issue, but rewriting the phone number by hand (starting with the country code +...) let me proceed to payment.
