I have tried a couple cards, several browsers, incognito mode, and still can't buy the Adventure I am scheduled to run this month. This is seriously driving me nuts! Anyone know a solution? I'm in Canada.
I dont think they care about making money. I am having the same issue, cant even get to the payment screen. I had issues in the past paying with a credit card so I switched to paying by Paypal and that worked. But I cant even buy anything at the moment. Someone suggested using the app but that is $12 more expensive!
So an update to this, I just tried to but the new DMG, it is failing to proceed due to my address being in Canada, I put in a US address (the white house lol) and it let me move forward, obviously I could not use a credit card due to the address being wrong, but I managed to buy it with my Paypal account, which incidentally updated the address on the order to my Canadian address...
So its a regionalisation issue. That needs fixing...
Canadian addresses do work, but please check the address from top to bottom to make sure it's complete and valid -- even if it's an address you'd saved before.
I am in Canada and no matter how many times I update my address it keeps saying put in a billing address and all I'm trying to do is purchase the new Monster Manual I have purchased digital before as I own everything. This is extremely frustrating as it also like to say please pick a state and I click Alberta as that's where I live and it doesn't think that's correct and the field has Alberta in all red text
I was finally able to get the sale completed but I had to go to my chromebook instead of my phone for it to actually show a billing address section those IT folks may want to look into that as it might help sales.
I'm from Singapore, and I have this problem too. Was able to purchase the PHB and DMG last year, but cant purchase the MM with the exact same card for some weird reason.
There must have been some kind of error created when you changed to the new payments screen format, it imported my address but missed off the province. The problem is it gave me no indication as to why it didn't proceed, and the address on the screen looked OK, and I have used the same address before.
Bad programming, and very frustrating. But fixed now.

update: managed to get it to work but I had to use my phone and use apple pay, when I tried with just my card it didn't work either
If it says your payment method is supported, then I'd recommend trying it in another browser or on another device. If it still doesn't work, you may need to contact customer support or possibly your bank for more information. http://dndbeyond.link/SubmitTicket
it is though. people in Europe aren't able to make purchases on the website, even if they managed to do so previously. this is happening to multiple people.
Hi there, I'm in Australia and had this issue. Turns out the price displayed in the checkout cart is in US dollars rather than Australian dollars. Since US dollars are worth more than Australian dollars the amount of money in my account was in fact insufficient. I don't know if this helps in your case but it fixed my issue

I had to edit the url and change the "shipment#shipment" to "payment#payment" and it worked for me.
In the US and this problem still has not been resolved. Driving me nuts.
Okay!!!! So it happened to me all morning and I found a way to make a purchase!
1) Delete all your card information from dndbeyond website.
2) DO NOT add another payment method.
3) Go to your cart and make the purchase.
4) Add card information.
5) That little save card box will be checked automatically at the end. UNCHECK.
6) Process payment.
That worked for me. I hope it works for you too.

Customer service is the answer. There does not appear to be anything on our end causing it.
